Dirk owns and operates H.I.B. Planning & Benefits, an insurance and employee benefits brokerage in Freehold, New Jersey. Starting his career in New York City over 14 years ago he specialized in planning for the specific needs of physicians and attorneys. As his clients businesses grew Dirk provided benefit strategies including retirement and healthcare planning as well as disability protection to employees throughout New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Florida. With a straight-forward approach to investing and personal face-to-face meetings, Dirk offers old-fashioned personal service not always provided in today’s financial services industry. By building relationships with his clients and understanding the precise needs of individuals and companies that request his assistance, he is able to recommend efficient strategies.

Dirk Alexander has earned the following industry designations: Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) from the College of Financial Planning in Greenwood Village, Colorado and Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants in Middletown, Ohio. He is also a member of the Society of Senior Market Professionals. He was a member of the board and the legislative chairperson for 2004-2006 of the National Association of Health Underwriters Monmouth/Ocean Chapter.

Both Dirk and his wife Francesca are active members of the Sunrise Optimist Club of Freehold. Driven by Optimists International’s Childhood Cancer Campaign, volunteers from the Sunrise Optimist Club established Camp Quality New Jersey, a camping experience and year round support program for children with cancer aged 6 – 16 years.

Mr. Alexander is a licensed independent Insurance Producer in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida and separately holds the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 registrations.
