Tony was born in 1948, in Brooklyn NY.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tampa in 1970 where he majored in Economics and Business Administration and minored in Chemistry and Mathematics.  He resides in Harrison, NY. 

In 1975 he began his financial career as a senior credit analyst in the commercial loan division at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.  During 1978 & 79 Tony was a stock and bond trader managing money for himself and several family members.  He was securities registered in 1980 and became a Registered Representative of Ernst & Company where, for 11 years he concentrated on the growth of and income from financial assets – mainly stocks and bonds.  In 1991, with his move to Advest, Mr. Vogler became insurance licensed, representing most of the major insurance companies.  He then began the transition to financial planning for small business owners, professionals, executives and retirees and their families usually through a coordinated effort between himself and his client’s lawyers and accountants.  Additionally, he also transitioned into employee benefit plan design.  In 1996 Tony founded Harrison Financial Services, which changed its name to The Harrison Group in 2002.  Since May, 1997, Tony has been a Registered Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.  The Board of Directors of the International Association of the Registered Financial Consultants, Inc. granted Tony the designation of Registered Financial Consultant, RFC, on November 1, 2003.

As an investment advisor representative of NCFG since 2002, with over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, Tony is well equipped to help his clients plan for their financial goals while striving to increase potential earnings and helping to reduce risk.  He can set an investment philosophy and create an individualized, comprehensive, full service financial plan consistent with his client’s financial needs, and risk tolerance profile to help them and their families save for their financial objectives by taking advantage of appropriate, unbiased investments offered by one of the largest independent Broker/Dealers as well as offerings from major institutional money managers.
