Rose Ann Tortora-Mallett joined New Century in late 2004. Rose Ann holds a B.S. in Accounting from Merrimack College, North Andover, Mass. and an MBA from Saint John's University in New York. Ms. Mallett worked for the Department of Defense, American Airlines, several Wall Street firms, and Grantsinvestor.com before joining NCFG.
